Return Policy

You have the right to cancel any transaction within (7) Seven Days of Purchase providing that you have not already taken the course and or down loaded content on the learning platform web site.

If you want to cancel please e-mail kimacoe@pro-medical.co.uk  or telephone 01283 552232 with your booking reference Reason for cancelling and method of payment.

Cancellations at your location course(s)

We regret that complete fees will be payable if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancelation over 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation charge


Cancellations Open course(s)

We regret that complete fees will be payable if notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the course start date, or if the student fails to attend for whatever reason.


Reservations

Provisional telephone bookings can only be held for 7 days pending written or email confirmation. If a booking is made at short notice (less than ten days before the course) then payment must be received immediately.


Transfers

If the date of the course at your location is changed within 7 days of the start of the course, an administration charge of £30.00 will be incurred.
